About Joseph

A photographer’s eye, a warm presence, and a deep love for what happens between people.

For years, Joseph worked closely with couples in emotionally charged moments, proposals, weddings, intimacy, tension, tenderness, and the quiet in-between. Coaching is a natural extension of that work.

His background in documentary-style photography trained him to notice subtle shifts, body language, emotional timing, and the lived texture of connection. That same attentiveness now shapes his coaching work.

This practice is for people who want more honesty with themselves, more clarity in relationships, and a more grounded relationship with desire, shame, tenderness, and truth.

Joseph is a Somatica®-trained coach and works in a warm, experiential, body-aware style that honors both emotional complexity and practical movement.

How I Work

Warm, body-aware, and grounded in real human connection.

This work is not about fixing people. It is about helping them notice what is true, stay connected to themselves, and move toward more honesty, safety, and aliveness in relationships.

Embodiment

We start with what is happening in the body, because so much of intimacy becomes clearer when people slow down enough to actually feel themselves.

Emotional truth

The work supports people in recognizing what they actually feel, not just what they think they should feel or say.

Relational practice

Patterns become clearer in connection. That is where repair, honesty, and new ways of relating can begin.

What I Believe

What guides the work

What guides the work

What guides the work

These are the ideas that shape the way Joseph works with individuals and couples.

01

01

Safety first

People open more deeply when they feel safe, unjudged, and allowed to move at their own pace.

02

02

Truth, but gently

Real change happens through honesty, but honesty lands best when it is grounded in care and attunement.

03

03

The body matters

Desire, fear, shame, longing, and boundaries often show up in the body before they become clear in language.

04

04

Connection can be practiced

Intimacy is not only something people hope for. It can be learned, repaired, and strengthened through experience.
